Question about Canon imageCLASS MF5550 All-In-One Laser Printer

Print issue Im trying to print using microsft word and the new copier keeps telling me that the document is too big and wont fit properly and then proceeds to only give me half a page of images..i cant even send my fax cover sheets to it without getting 1/2 an image or a two page setting ..what gives..?

Check and see if you put page ends in your microsoft documents. without page ends the print driver will probaly see an 81/2 by 14 inch document

The Lexmark X2600 requires both cartridges to have ink in them to continue printing, even if your printing in "black and white". To print true black, you actually use some of the color ink. , Leaving the color cartridge empty or dry isn't good for the printer. It can lead to poor print quality issues.

My hp photosmart printer d110 won't print pdf's. it keeps telling me to save the document to a xps and when i do that it reopens the pdf. when I try to print the new pdf it prompts me to save it as a xps...

Make sure you have selected the printer properly. Also which program are you using to print the PDF file?

Epson sx200 printer, wont print black ink only

Many printers especially Photo ones also use colour even when printing Black. so you do need to replace the spent colour cartridge.

If you only need to print in black get a B&W printer not a colour one.

Document wont print

It could be a hardware issue.
Check first if the printer is working fine. Keep on holding down the paper button while you turn the printer on. Let go of the paper button when the power light starts to flash. if it printed out a color test pattern successfully, check if you are using the corrrect driver.
Tell me more if you need assistance in trashing and re-installing the proper driver for your printer. Include the full version of the operating system you are using too.

Printing only upper part of page - big graphic PDF

1: check in the printer properties( page setup ) is it latter then make it A4
2: clean the roller
3: also when u printting check with uper try not from try 2
if its printing proper then try is touching roller

It is the print setting in WP. As I'm sure you know, Corel products like to take control of everything. If your document is configure to print to an HP printer, for example, it won't print to another printer unless you change it in the Print settings within the document.

Wont print from online screens

Im going to assume you are using Internet Explorer. You might try to update to IE 8 or event changing Browsers to Firefox just to try this out. I have found that MS has identified some issues with IE and some PCs and printing. Here is their document.

The error "printer not found" message is somewhat related to the printer not being properly installed. Try reinstalling it again

Keep Printed Documents

Deletes and reinstall print drivers, does'nt sound like a printer problem, more software issue, driver reinstall is my best bet

What are you printing from? ie program is?, and can you print windows test page OK?
