I believe that the full model number is 106.59592992. Since the fourth digit after the prefix is a 9, I suspect it is a 29 cu. ft. capacity side-by-side refrigerator.

Look for frost on the backside of the freezer. You might have a bad defrost heater. It could also be a bad evaporator fan motor.

Either the inlet valve is stuck or the icemaker solenoid is shored.

Most likely the second one.
