How do i program my hacc-tr2 remote--hughes direct tv tivo remote

I have the above remote and an insignia 26 inch lc26q1 tv that i would like to operate with it, i would like to know if anyone has a code (043 maybe) and the correct way to program it thanks

Press and hold tv power button and the directv button at the same time, when it lights up solid red enter 0091 and that should work
