Need to go to motorola.com and download mp3 downloader...it's free . then drag files to it from the my music section of the computer, and hit the transfer button after you select the output location which is shown as a removable disk. then open the removable disk in "my computer" drag files to audio.

Music files for MP3 players must be in mp3 file format. For
instructions on downloading mp3 music files from the Internet and converting CDs to mp3
music files then copying them to the MP3 player, please click on this link and follow my instructions :- http://www.fixya.com/support/r5874192-play_videos_mp3_player
here are two methods for loading that model i know they're long but they will work either one will do whatever you prefer :)
**Drag and Drop** Connect your MP3 player to the computer. Some MP3 players connect directly to a USB port, while others connect to a USB port by way of a specific USB connector that comes with the MP3 player. Open the folder on the computer that contains the music files you want to transfer. This is usually the "My Music" folder, available from the "Start" menu, but it can be any folder where you save your music files. Scroll down to the song you want to transfer to the MP3 player. Right-click on the title. When the options are displayed, click on "Send To." Scroll down the "Send To" options and select your MP3 player. This can be listed as your MP3 player's name or as "Removable Drive." Click on this selection. Continue this process until you have transferred all songs that you want to your MP3 player. --**Windows Media Player**-- If you have a large playlist to transfer, you may prefer to do it from your media player, such as Windows Media Player. Once your MP3 player is connected to the computer, open Windows Media Player. Click on the "Sync Music" tab. Drag songs that you want from your Windows Media Library over to the "Sync Music" column to create a playlist. Click the "Begin Sync" tab at the bottom once you have all of the songs on your playlist. This action will sync all of the songs to your MP3 player with one click. Disconnect your device once songs have been transferred by clicking on the "Safely Remove Hardware" icon in the bottom-right side of the desktop tray.
Subscribe to an online music service that is compatible with your GoGear, such as Rhapsody's Mp3-Only service - I repeat MP3 ONLY - no other Rhapsody service will work. Use Windows Media Player to transfer songs to your GoGear, or Rip CD's into Mp3 format - I repeat MP3 FORMAT - using Windows Media Player. Videos must be transferred using the Philips (Arcsoft) Media Converter that came on the installation CD. You can also get this program from Philips website. You will only be able to transfer photos to your GoGear if you have used the installation CD that came with the player. It contains a critical file that Philips has never posted to their website called the Philips Device Plug-In. -Tha Mp3 Doctor
