Question about Zenith E44W46LCD 44" Rear Projection HDTV-Ready Television
Lamp indicator came on, meaning the lamp is reaching end of life. I replaced the lamp with a new one but the indicator still shows orange color. How do I reset the indicator?
Press 'Enter' on the TV then press 'Mute' on the remote while holding 'Enter' down. A menu will pop up on the screen, allowing you to reset the light. It's also worth noting that you can get to the service menu by pressing 'Menu' on the remote and TV at the same time. There is an option for checking the number of hours on the lamp.

Tvtek - you are wrong! The instructions above work perfectly - with the standard remote. NO SERVICE REMOTE IS NEEDED!
Thanks to everyone, I just replaced my lamp and reset the clock.

2cheap2pay is right. But should be noted you will need to hold down the buttons for +/- 5 seconds to get the menu's to pop up.

The lamp reset can only be done with a LG/Zenith service remote control. Contact LG/Zenith or just leave it as because there is no affect leaving it like it is just annoying.

lamp indicater is still showing orange when lamp has been replaced
I can get to the hours usage on the service menu, but then what? I can't scroll up or down to where it lists LAMP1, LAMP 2, LAMP 3, so on and so forth. If I hit enter the display screen completely disappears.
