The poblem is in the TV, exceptionally times replay after push any remote control key several times.
I check with an oscilloscope the IR receiver and the signal is good until the control board, but in the pin 76 of the SAA5647HL I have some pulses instead of the eceiver signal.

Try to push the TV button that is lit red at top middle of remote for 5 seconds in stead of hitting input. In other words by holding the tv button down it might trigger it to respond better. Thanks Mike
Very bad for the TV, don't do this! Got the remote control? Switch on or off (full operation) from Standby with it and just use the main manual switch on the TV for, say, morning ON for the day and evening OFF for the night.
It is possible that those buttons have failed, but a bit more likely the remote lost the codes for the TV itself... since almost everything the remote controls... is on the DVR. I apologize if I am guessing wrong in assuming other "TV" buttons (like INPUT) don't function either.

Don't know that fan even thou I sale Fanimation! If it came with a remote & has no pull chains then you can only use the remote feature. turn on manually your set (tv), push the code button on your remote control until led light, release the button, the led still ligth. push the tv button one pulse, push the power button several times until tv turn off. when this happen push enter button... try turn on the tv with remote control.
You will either have to use your Onkyo remote to teach the Harmony those functions or try one of the similar model receivers in the Harmony software. I had to chose a similar DVD player in the list in order to get my Harmony to play nice with my DVD player.
From GUEST: I found this solution in the manual and will perform this task again to see if I can get the tv will be re-recognized again. Give this a try, too.
Remote will not turn on or shut off the TV.
