Check under the scanner, there is a scanner lock that you may have hit removing copies. Its most likely in the locked position and stopping scan.

Hello sir; Is paper come out with wrinkle, I suggest you need to clean up paper feed roller and pick up roller with alcohal, meanwile check it out the paper path have any thing not suppose to be there.

Clean the paper feed roller under paper tray use izopropilic alcool.

The problem lies in the solenoid and or the frame that hold the solenoid so your feeder roller never stop rolling

There could be a few things wrong, but you most likely have a worn out fuser rachet gear, that drives the fusing unit or you may have a worn or broken fuser gear on the upper fixing roller. You can order the parts on line for about $20.00 + shipping. The only hard part is replacing the gears... The one on the Upper fixinfg roller is not that hard, but the rachet gear is kind of tricky... Alot has to come apart and then back togather. It is not hard, but you have to remember where the parts go back too. If you are not very comfortable with taking this apart, it may be a little to much to handel... It, could be just as simple as tighting the fuser screws??? Good Luck..

there is severl thing this could be 1. paper feed cluch need cleaned 2-bypayss roller lift arm need removed, 3-or the drum unit need clened out . all thses thing can be dones easilly by a sharp tech about $120 should do it. note this is the only model of copier left that you can refill the toner unit for $6 & drum for $15 ( id keep it )

Visually check the clutch spring (located on the left side of the pickup roller shaft, just before the gear). If the spring is deformed or broken, replace the entire pickup roller shaft. The part you need to order are shown below. You will also need a small 'C' clip. I do not know if the clip comes ith the shaft or the gear...

if your feeder is jamming you need the roller & pad replaced and usaaly the internal feed roller cleaned this is a repair that should be done by a sharp tech about a $150

There is usually a switch sensor lever in the area where paper is loaded into the document feeder area(near the document feed roller check to see if its not stuck or damaged
