Have you tried useing a cd/dvd cleaner disc sounds like the laser is dirty

  • Anonymous Dec 03, 2007

try spraying a can of compressed air in and around the laser. it will be under where the dvd sits when it's in the player. you might have to take the top cover off to get to the laser eye, as this is what reads the dvd or cd.blow it out real good

Suddenly quit working

Looks like the lens of the player is dirty or damaged. Try a lens cleaner CD first.

If it doesn't work then you will have to get the lens replaced. Since the Player is still under warranty use while you still can..

Here's the support site with contact information. When you say it "quit working," how so? Does it spin up/power up? Are you having trouble playing DVDs? What model? It'll help to troubleshoot if you can give us more details.
