Put paper in the manual feed tray.
Print. When the page gets half way into the printer, open the cover. Remove the toner.
Look down at the paper. Is the right side lighter than the left?
If yes, replace the toner cartridge.
I don't believe that a fuser could cause your problem.
Run a half test. Put paper in the manual feed tray. Print something, anything When the paper is 1/2 way into the printer, open the cover. Pull out the toner cartridge. Look down at the paper. Does it have a black line on the right side? If yes, replace the cartridge. If no, replace the fuser.
You are possible loading the paper in up-side-down. Try loading the paper flipped over. A lot of kodak photo paper have bar-codes printed on one side for the printer to scan and verify you are using the proper paper for the printing job you assigned to it.
Hi there! You printer does not have an automatic duplex(double-sided printing)so you have to make a manual double-sided printing. When you start to print something , in the widow of the printer click on the preferences and look for the option "Print on both sides" or "Manual double-sided printing".When you start the printing the printer will print page page 1,3,5,7..... on the one side of the paper. After the printer finish you have to take the papers and put them back in the printer with the other side of the paper. Then the printer will start print page2,4,6,8,.....If you need any other help please replay!Tghaky for using Fixya!!
From the application that you are trying to print, click Print and then Preferences. On the next window you will have Print on both sides, tick Flip on long edge and if your printer has duplex capability it will print both sides now.
it could be the printer settings. Before you actually print something go to File>print:- and then choose properties, click on advanced and ensure that the correct paper and size is set to how you want it.
