Ok my dryer quit turning... My husband decided to get another... So being curious I decided to take the old one apart to see what I could do... Well I fixed the problem (A sock in the blower and worn gliders) I thought that I hooked it back up correctly but, I didn't the dryer is working now but when you have it on automatic dry it runs and runs even if the clothes are completely dry. Did I hook up the door switch wrong? Can someone tell me the correct way it is supposed to be connected? This is the only wires that I unhooked so I am assuming that this is the problem Thank you in advance jenn
Unlikely to be anything to do with door switch which is only 2-4 wires. humidity is sensed by a brush rubbing on the drum. take lid off and check spring loaded brush is actually rubbing correctly on the drum. if this is ok then fault is in module which senses output of the brush
