Blue sreen when i turn tv on a blue screen comes on. I can still change channels and volume works.

Check your connections if they are connected properly.have a tech check your tv the problem could be in the video section.good luck.

You need to change the picture-size by using the TV remote and or cable remote.
On the remote look for P-Size, Zoom, Sreen size or Ratio.

I am not getting picture on my TV it stic on only one channel we are chengiong channel but same sound is comming also we are getting a blue coloured K on right hand side of TV
That blue K means you are in the service mode. Unplug your set and wait 30 seconds. Then at the same time you plug it back in, you need to be holding the volume down button and the input button.
The TV should turn back and the blue K should turn pink. Once this happens, press the volume and channel down button at the same time. A menu should come on the screen. With your remote, press the up arrow to reach the nest page. The first option should say INIT. Arrow to the right and hit enter. In a few seconds your screen should turn green and say success. Unplug the TV and wait 30 seconds. Plug the set back in and turn on your TV. You can then set your set back the way you want.

It sounds to me like it's stuck in service mode.There is a button combination with the remote to return it to normal. I would call Vizio support and they should be able to help you.

I think it's a combination like [volume -], [channel -] and power but I could be wrong.

Tune the tv to a channel that is just blue screen. Then turn the tv off and unplug for at least 30 sec. Then plug the tv back in and turn it on. Then leave the tv on the blank screen channel go into the menu and do auto cable channel search. After the search is complete try all channels. This worked for me. My tv will not scan if the tv is on a channel that comes in. GOOD LUCK these tv's are junk .

i think by accident you have changed the input when you went to change the volume. look for a button labeled " input" or "video" select on the remote and scroll through the various choices. you should get your picture back.

Hi , I have a Toshiba 42 inch Theater wide rear projection tv . I got the tv used from someone on Craigslist and when I got it home plugged it in , it took about 30 minutes to actually get a good picture . After the picture came in at its best , there is about 2 inches the way way accross the top of the screen that is shaky kind of like a waving flag . Its a pretty good picture if I could stop that waving , I didnt get the remote with the set or the manual so dont know if there is something that the remote could do to fix this or not . Any help with this problem would be greatly appreciated . Also I can be emailed at [email protected] Thank you
