Hi,
My friend gave me an SYS -172l-C-JT monitor that he wasn't using any more. There's nothing wrong with it, but in the process of setting it up I pressed the wrong sequence off buttons and now it's stuck in Japanese and I can't figure out how to get it back to English. Would someone be kind enough to post or e-mail me step by step instructions on getting it back to English? Also, is there a site where I can download an owners manual?
Thank You
The manufacturers website has the manuals and most of the time you can download them As for as the language goes. You may have changed the Regional settings by accident. Click on Start>Control Panel>Regional and Language settings. Set it back to English.

rtrahan,
Thanks for trying. The manufacturer of the monitor is out of business. The instructions you sent pertain to the computer not to the monitor. It's not the computer that's stuck in Japanese. That's still in English. It's only the instructions for the monitor that are in Japanese. In other words, no matter what you buttons are pressed on the bottom of the monitor, the language that appears is in Japanese. This is what needs to be returned to English.
Thanks Again
