Question about iLO 2600 Television

2 Answers

ILO-26HD I just bought an ILO-26HD LCD TV earlier today, but my remote and side buttons don't work. The only buttons that work are the power button on the remote and the power button on the side of the TV. The manual said I should switch the TV from Analog to Digital but since the buttons don't work I cannot do this.

Also, I have a digital cable box hooked up, and I just noticed it says "no signal" in the top right corner underneath where it says "Analog."

I have a digital connection from a pvr through a coax cable but if I switch the TV to digital from analogue, it indicates that I have no connection. In the analogue position the picture appears but it is very poor.

I have the same problem. I have a brand new dvd player hooked up to the TV and it seems to be playing, but the TV screen says no signal.

    Any solutions?

We had bought the extended warranty, so we took it back and got a new TV of a different brand. We had to pay the difference, but it was worth it. The warranty even carried over to the new TV.

You can try this. On remote, hold down menu button until service
menu comes up and then try the factory reset function. If it doesn't
correct the problem, change the EEPROM. It could be corrupted.
I have the same problem but I don't have the original remote to
see if this will correct it with the LCD I have. Good luck. Willy
