I bought this tv used from someone and the v-chip is enabled for anything above pg-13. Can anyone suggest how to beat this problem?
Good because he/she wanted to know as repairing a television Zenith Model Non C13A02D the flaw of this television it is that he/she doesn't have sound and the rest works correctly

Here is the link for the user manuals from zenith - they dont have one for your exact model, but if you type in C13A03D you will get a manual - page 34 details all the v-chip settings and should be nearly identical to your model at least; http://www.zenithservice.com/gcsc/b2c/hpi/main?tc=owm.command.OwmCmd Hope this helps - please post again if not :)

that link didnt really take me anywhere that gave any information... but i did look through the zenith website and the manual that was closest on there didnt work for mine.
