HI, MY O2 XDA II model is 1 year old. now a days quite often my O2 is getting restarted. i am not sure what might be the reason. I need some help, suggestion from the group Thanks Ramani
The reason is the back pannel of your O2 has a switch. Iff you notice just next to the Battery pack you might have a small switch which it wil trigger the device to turn off and on the latch must lock when the pannel is closed. If that switch can be closed by a paper then it wont switch off.

I have also had this problem. After reading the solution posted by mmrajesh2002 I bought an aluminum case for my phone to see if the battery cover was being bumped in my pocket. Normally my phone would restart several times a day. So far it has not had the problem since I started using the case three days ago.
