Animal Crossing game date has changed to a new date in the future with all previous game details changed.

My daughter's DS date is correct but the game date inexplicably changed to Novemner this year. Subsequently she has lost all her game settings/friends etc and has found this very upsetting. The DS console date setting is correct - it is just the game. When she tried changing the date in the game it said it had accepted the new date but none of the game settings altered back to what they were. When she enters the game and checks the bulletin board it still says its the wrong date in the future. Can anybody help or is it a softwae bug?

What you do is when you go on you click on the phone in the upstairs bed room ( do this only when you log on) and it will say up the top reset clock and she can choose what date and time she wants.

It is most likely a fault in the circuit board or a software virus caused in manufacture.

There are no cheats for Animal crossing on DS. The only way to get cheats is by buying an action replay. You can buy them on amazon: Here
Action Replay is like a DS game card, that has cheats for many different games on it.

AR isnt working with Animal Crossing

dont use action replay with animal crossing for a while and dont play your game for a few days and play another game when your done with a game take it out after you turn your power off and it will help prevent your games from freezing in the future

Sorry, that's not true. You can save anywhere in the game by hitting the start button, whether or not you're in your house. To me, it sounds like your game file is corrupted. Your only option at this point is to start over again. If it doesn't work after that, you should buy a new game.

I can't understand this. Nothing like this has ever happened to me and I have had Animals Crossing - Wild World for a while.
I think maybe you should try to take the game back and get another cartrige.
