H4 error indicates the fuser is faulty and should be replaced.

H4 = abnormally low heat temperature detected.

This can be caused by the following

Blown Heat Lamp
Blown Thermostat

Sometimes the code will be shown if a paper jam has got stuck inside the heat unit, blocking the sensor.

try resetting the code with the following sequence:

Press: Clear, Density Select, Clear, Density Select, 14, Copy Button.

Hopefully the machine will reset. If not, it may be possible to reset a blown thermostat by pressing the button on the back (it pops out if it detects overheating). This should really only be carried out by an engineer.
