How to print from the internet to my computer in google chrome win7

You can save web pages from Google Chrome to your computer, just as you can print pages on a printer.

To save web pages in HTML format: Click on the wrench icon in the Chrome menu bar (upper right corner), pull down the menu and select "Save page as". (Or alternatively, right-click on page and select "Save page as"; or use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + S"). Then proceed to save the page as "webpage complete" (which will include images), or as "HTML only" (which will include text but not images).

To save web pages as PDF files: Click on the wrench icon, pull down the menu and select "Print". (Or alternatively, use the keyboard shortcut "Ctrl + P"). Then on the print page, pull down the "Destination" menu, select "Print to PDF", then click the "Print" button. You can then save the page as a PDF file.

Printer will not print the content from a website. The only thing that prints is the footer. Even when the Print preview shows all of the content on the web page, it will not print on the paper.

Some web pages are made up of two or more frames. If you use the Print button on the toolbar, only the active frame will be printed. To print the web page at it appears on the screen or to print only one frame use the Print dialog window to select what you want to print:

1.To print the web page including all the frames, in your web browser, click the File menu and select Print. In the Print Frames section, select the radio button next to As laid out on screen and click OK.
2. To print one frame, left click once on the frame you wish to print to select it. in the Print Frames section, select Only the selected frame and click OK.

Alternate method: Right click on the frame you want to print, choose Open Frame In New Window, then just print it out from the new window that opens as you would a non-frame web page.
Note: In Windows Internet Explorer version 5 or above, framed Web pages are printed with each frame coming out on a separate page by default.

My printer will not print off the web, it prints my documents, but not off the web

Make sure that you are using a postscript driver and not a PCL driver. Many web pages will not print correctly to a PCL printer. Also ensure that the web page your printing is print friendly. Many pages on the web do not print if they use DIV layers. These pages usually have a "print friendly" link somewhere on the page.

Prints only on left side of page.

Hello,

In printing web pages and email please try to check also the print setting before you print the page cause word document files and web pages are not the same in there printing setting. Web pages and emails has different setting so my recommendation is that when you print email and webpages next time then please check the printer settings then modify it the same settings as you wish or as your word document's output.
Thanks

Hp6310 officejet all in one

Hi,
here is solution..
Solution Step one: Make sure that the product prints correctly
  1. Print a self-test page from the product control panel, from Windows, or from the product software. (See the product user guide, available online, for instructions to print a self-test page.)
  2. Check to make sure that black and all colors (if using a color product) print on the self-test page.
    • If the self-test page does not print correctly, an issue might exist with the product hardware. See the product user guide, available online, for further troubleshooting steps.
    • If the self-test page prints correctly, continue with the next step.
Step two: Determine what portion of the page is set to print Many Web pages use frames. Frames divide the screen into multiple windows. Follow these steps to determine what portion of the page is set to print.
  1. Click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop. The Internet Explorer window opens.
  2. On the File menu, click Print . The Print dialog box opens.
  3. Click the Options tab to view the print settings.
  4. Change the settings if required, and then click Print .
Step three: Change the Encoding setting in the Web browser
  1. Click the Internet Explorer icon on the desktop. The Internet Explorer window opens.
  2. On the Menu bar, click View .
  3. Click Encoding to view a list of encoding options.
  4. Check the Encoding settings.
    • If Auto Select has a check mark next to it, click to clear the check box.
    • If Western European Windows does not have a check mark next to it, select it.
Try printing again. If the issue continues, proceed to the next step. Step four: Check the page setup settings for the Web browser Web pages are designed to be viewed at a certain screen resolution. If the resolution of the screen is lower than the resolution of the Web page, the whole screen might not display or might not be printed.
  1. Make sure that Internet Explorer is open.
  2. On the File menu, click Page Setup . The Page Setup dialog box opens.
  3. Review the Margins information.
  4. Make sure that the margin settings are greater than or equal to the minimum printable region margins for the product. The margins vary slightly among HP All-in-One products. As a general rule, the settings should be at least the values shown in the following table. Side Margin Top Margin Bottom Margin 6.3 mm (0.25 inch) 6.3 mm (0.25 inch) 6.3 mm (0.25 inch)
  5. Make necessary changes to the margin settings.
  6. Click OK to save the changes.
Try printing again. If the issue continues, proceed to the next step. Step five: Print using Smart Web printing software HP Smart Web Printing is fast, free, downloadable software that enhances how Microsoft Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox print Web pages. Use HP Smart Web Printing for the following tasks:
  • Select text and graphics from any Web site
  • Save paper by combining portions of numerous Web pages
  • Preview and modify clips before printing
Thank you.......

My HP Photosmart C4280 works OK for copying & scanning but will not print from a web page intermittently. I've had it uninstalled & reinstalled twice by tech. support in Capetown taking several...

Not quite sure what you mean when you say, "will not print froma web page intermittently". Do you mean it sometimes doesn't print a web page at all or that the print out isn't what you want? Also, there is an additional issue if you are using Microsoft Windows Vista (as opposed to another Windows operating system).

Without more information, the following links to information on HP's web site for your printer is the best I can do:

Printing Web Pages in Vista

Only Parts of Web Pages Print

Unwanted Web Page Backgrounds Print

If one of these works, please post back which one was the correct solution. If not, please post more details about the problem. Thanks.
