are you a technician? because maybe you have disconnected terminal in USB Port in your CP! make sure that the connection is Connected to PCB.

First the reason your phone goes to message manager is because the the phone is set on voice mail or message manager. If the phones name was stated, then i would have been able to guide you through the process of getting it off.

But a general code to enter to get your phone ringing is for you to dial ##002# then send it, after doing that, then you can try the number using another phone, to test if it has stopped going to message manager.

1. call to your network operator customer care
2. request the message center number...
3.note it down
4. go to message settings>message center number
5. insert the number which is noted by you and save it
this solves your messaging problem ...

Just got me a LG KU990 recently and I had to program the MMS Settings manually as well. I have T-Mobile. And this worked for me.

STEP 1) Main Menu (4 Dots on main screen) >Settings > Phone Settings > Connectivity > Access Points

T-Mobile should have automatically sent you a free text message that allows you to install/download some settings if not, from Access Points, go to Options > Add New

Then enter the following information:

Connection Title: WAP Settings_OTA

Bearer:GPRS

Authentication:PAP

Username:(LEAVE BLANK)

Password:(LEAVE BLANK)

APN: epc.tmobile.com

Save it.

STEP 2) Go to Messaging > Settings > Multimedia Message >
Multi Msg Centre > Options > Add New

Title:MMS Settings

MMSC URL:http://mms.msg.eng.t-mobile.com/mms/wapenc

MMS Proxy:216.155.165.50:8080

Connection Mode: TCP with Proxy

Access Point: WAP Settings_OT
(from Step 1)

Save it. And it should work. If not, go the the T-Mobile website. Hope it works out.
