Green/Pink Screen I have had this TV for about 7 months and haven't had any problems until now. I now have a greenish screen at all times. Has anyone else had this problem? Does anyone know a solution?

Thanks. It stopped for a few days, now it is doing it again. Yes, it is on all inputs. I don't have an HD cable box, I have a cable card. I will check all of the connections. Thanks again.

Is this on all inputs? Have you tried unplugging the set for 2 minutes then trying it again? Did you check all of the connection ong to the set such as component cables leading to a HD cable box? If so then the parts should still be under manufactures warranty.

My sceptre lcd tv is displaying really bright pink and green colors

I had a similar problem with blacks showing up as green. Turning up the brightness a bit fixed it for me. Not a permanent fix, but something to try if you want to make it last a bit longer until you can get a new one or fix it.

I have a 50inch DLP Hitachi that is 3 and a half years old. I replaced the bulb about 5 months ago now the blacks are blueish and it has a greenish blotch on the screen. It also leaves an image on the...

Contrary to popular belief, any display product can have "Image Retention" and even "Burn-In". This is true for Plasma, LCD, LCOS, DLP, and CRT. I do not see a model number provided, but I would bet that you have an LCD rear projection TV rather than a DLP projection TV. If this is the case, the Blueish and Greenish blotches you are seeing on the screen are the result of UV light damage. UV light will move heavily damage the Blue panel, due it's short wave length. So, bad Blue or Green (absence or Blue) is typically the the first visual indicator of a problem. Replacing the Light Engine will resolve the problem.

TV KOLIN 21"

hello.... do you have any speakers near your television? what color is the circle your talking about? Do the green, pink colors are scattered all over the screen and specially on the corners?
If you have or had speakers near your tv? then do this try to get a magnet.a magnet on a speaker would do.what you have to do is to place the magnet near the screen of the tv approx. above the green, pink color (turn it on first).you will notice the that the color will react with the magnet try to pull it on the side you will notice that the green, pink color is moving on the same direction do it until its gone.NOTE make sure youll not scratch the screen ok.email me what happened. you need a green CRT thats whay you have the white kind of concave lines with the green screen. You can try adjusting the green screen control but you need anew CRT ( tube) the speaker cover has two plastic plugs that get removed on the lower edge os the grille which covers the two screws that hold the grille on. If you need more assistancr or where to get a green CRT let me know as I have a link that has some green and red Tubes for your model.
