Yeah, I just went up and down their website. They are one of the few that don't post their manuals online. Many mp3 players have a "playlist on the go" feature (or some other such moniker) that allows you to create a playlist from the mp3 player itself, but will not transfer playlists properly from Windows Media Player. Other mp3 players require a firmware upgrade to fix the issue. Unless your manual states something specific about playlist transfer, I would go ahead and call Naxa to get clarification on this. Let us know what they say. Oh wait - they don't have a phone number. Try their e-mail support at [email protected]. Good luck!

How do I format my naxa nx-134

If you have nothing on it, and it is reading 98% full, it may be that updates of operating software has been installed on top of previous ones, instead of overwriting. iPhones are bad for this, but the solution may be to format the unit and start adding music to your hearts content.

I have a problem to download music.

Hi,

As with much to do with the iPhone, there's a bit of a trick to getting this working smoothly so you can have control over your iPhone music, while keeping it as darn easy to work with as possible. The answer? Create a custom playlist for your iPhone music library.
Let me show you how to do it - it's pretty darn easy.
Pop into iTunes and choose File --> New Playlist. Now rename it to something logical: I use "iPhone Sync":
itunes-playlists-iphone.png

Now you can just drag and drop music from your iTunes library (in iTunes, needless to say) into this new playlist. When you're ready, you'll see a bunch of music happily ensconced in the playlist (remember, it's all just "pointers": the actual music files are still safely in the main music library, so if you delete something from a playlist , you haven't deleted the original music file itself):

At the bottom of the iTunes window it shows you how many songs are in the playlist, along with the size and total playing time.
At this point, you need to plug in your iPhone if you haven't already done so. It'll pop up the usual summary screen:

Now click on the "Music" tab and you'll see that you can select "sync playlist". Do that, then select the new iPhone sync playlist you've created

Set things up and that's all there is to it. Now click "Sync" in iTunes and it'll synchronize your playlist with the iPhone music library and next time you click on that ole' "iPod" button on the iPhone, your selections from you music library will be present.
Oh, and one really nice feature of creating this playlist is that you can manage it, adding and deleting songs to your heart's desire, even without your iPhone present. Whatever changes you make are instantly applied to your iPhone music library the very next time you synchronize the device. Suddenly even 8GB might feel small. :-)

Downloaded the music from my itunes playlist but it does not show the music in the music folder only the music that was prestored on the player. When hooked up to the computer it shows the downloaded music...

Not all devices support the use of itunes when it comes to putting songs on them.
This is one of those devices that does not support itunes. Depending on your type, you are either required to download another specific media player to copy songs to your media player or you may just need to copy and paste in the drive like you would do on any external device.
To know if you need any media player in particular, you can go through your manual and see if it specifies the need for any media player.
Hope this solution was of use to you? Please comment for more information and thank you for using the fixya website.

I need the drivers to download songs on my naxa nx-187 and no they dont have the software on their website

Hello.
Please follow these steps to put music on your Mp3 Player.

  1. Start off by putting a battery in you Naxa mp3 player. This is necessary in order to add music to a Naxa mp3 player. Naxa mp3 Players require one AAA battery and this battery goes into the back of the device.
  2. Plug your Naxa mp3 player into your computer. To do this, take the cap off of the bottom of the player. You will then be able to plug the Naxa mp3 player directly into a USB port on your computer.
  3. Open Windows Media Player and then click the "Sync" tab found at the very top of the program. Once you do, you will notice that the Naxa mp3 player is listed in the top right corner of Windows Media Player.
  4. Double-click the "Library" link on the left side of Windows Media Player. Once you do, several different options will appear underneath "Library."
  5. Click the "Songs" option found below "Library." Once you do, a list of all of the songs in your Windows Media library will appear in the middle of the program.
  6. Browse through all of the songs in your library and right click over any song you want to add to your Naxa mp3 player. After you right click on a song, you will need to select "Add to Sync List." You will then see the song listed in the column on the far right side of Windows Media Player. Continue doing this until you are finished putting music on the Naxa mp3 player.
  7. Click the "Start Sync" button located underneath the list of music you selected in Step 7. The music will then be added to the Naxa mp3 player
Thank You
From eHow.

Need driver for naxa mp3 for vista

I only see an update on Naxa's website for a NX-122 and NX-196, so the 134 may not be Vista compatible. Some manufacturers updated SOME of their players to be Vista compatible, but not others. To be absolutely sure, I would e-mail them at [email protected]. I just shot them one myself - I'll see if they respond.

Naxa mp4 player

Naxa's website is useless as far as getting product specs. Most likely, the songs you are trying to add are DRM-encrypted WMA files, and they do not have "transfer rights" on them. The solution is to convert them to Mp3 format using a WMA to Mp3 Converter, or to get the Premium (as in, "more expensive") verison of your online music service subscription - the upgrade that includes transfer rights.

Let me know if it is giving you a more specific error message.

How do i make a playlist

When you hook the USB to the computer and your philips MP3 player a screen will pop up on your desktop asking you to chose an option. Scroll down to the option: view files. From there you can look at what is in each file on your MP3 player. Click on the Playlists File. Once in that folder you want to right click the mouse and scroll down to new folder and chose it. Then you will name the folder (playlist). From there you open the music file on your computer with all your saved music and transfer the music from your computer onto the playlist by dragging the songs back and forth. When you want to access your playlist you will need to go to the folders option on the main menu of your mp3 player and select your playlist from there. If you go to music and chose the playlist option there it will not show your playlists there for some odd reason. Hope this is somewhat helpful.

Adding Music To My Sansa e250

I never use Windows Media to add music to my sansa... If you want all music to show up click on my computer and then click on the icon for your sansa. there may be a folder that says music but if not it is a hidden folder. if this is so you must go to tools, then folder options, and then the tab that says view. under this will be an option that says hidden files and folders and click show hiden fles and folders and OK. this should allow you to see the music folder. from here on you can just copy and paste all files.
