Hello, I just brought my sigma macro 105mm lens and Im having trouble getting it to work probably on my nikon d90, they only way I can get it to work is turn the aperture on the lens to f32 I cant change...

Turn the aperture ring to f/32 and leave it there. After that, forget the lens has an aperture ring at all. You can let the camera control the aperture in any mode except the M and A modes. In the M and A modes, you control the aperture by turning the command dial on the front of the camera, the same way you control the aperture on a lens without an aperture ring.

Can Film Camera lenses and Flash be used for Digital Camera Body

If u used to have a Pentax camera, i would recommend you buying a Pentax DSLR, because Pentax film lenses still works on Pentax DSLR. I still use some of my prime lenses on my K10D.

Washed out pictures using a Bower 724 AFPX flash

This is probably not the camera settings. Pentax k200D wilt only give auto-flash with just three of their own units. Sounds like you have the Bower set on Auto. Set the flash to Manual, and adjust exposure on the aperture setting with the body set to manual as well.
Note that several people have reported problems with Bower units on digital cameras (and not just on Pentax)

AV error whn pentax ist DL & Quantaray zoom lens attached

I've got the same problem. The problem is that the lense is loosely attached to the body. What you need to do is that when you see the Av flashing, press the lense of the camera to the body and twist the lense to the left a bit. This tightens the connection. You can then take the photo.
