No picture Last night I woke up to find I could hear the TV but could no longer see the picture. I tried resetting the cable box and then the whole system. I get power to the TV (the green light comes on but it goes through a series of flashes before going steady) but now I don't get sound either. The TV is less than 1 year old. I had tried pressing different buttons on the controls so may have made it worse.

Replace the cable from your cable box to television. Try one from one of your other cable boxes before buying one, but I highly suspect the actual cable from box to TV is bad

HDMI ports 5 and 6 on the back of tv no longer are working. (We had a series of thunder storms so don't know if that is how they got damaged or if it was something else) but moved HDMI input cable to HDMI port 4 on tv and everything is working again. Service call placed for warranty service on tv to repair bad ports.
I have seen this when using HDMI cables from the computer side.. The TV has a resolution that is not always full screen with TV shows. There is a setting that allows you to "zoom". My TV has 4 settings: normal, stretch and crop, stretch left and right, stretch and pinch (shrug).
your this probleam is with inerface card which built in tv .so called your service pepole and ask him to reinstalled the input interface card again. if you not taken it seriously it may a big problem for your tv in futre so just take an a action
