Hello there please help me i cant reset my phone

Menu>>settings>>master reset>>reset settings (default code :0000) 
 follow the following procedure for phone reset .... take data back up before doing this  ...

follow this key sequence: >*<<*<* use the jog dial for left right direction. And choose format internal memory/reset phone whicever is applicable to your phone version and enter the security code. The phone will restart.
