That is the URL for the manual. I find their recommended temperatures tend to run about 25 degrees hot; be sure you check the internal temp with a quick read thermometer starting 15-20 minutes before it "should" be done.

Hello can you really help me solve the error code that i getting on my IR 5000 the code is E000012-0000

That error means that you have a problem with the drum motor. Check the it's connectors. Or maybe something keeping the motor from running, like an uptwisted blade with drum.
