You dont reset the cartridge sensor they tell the copier i am used up so indicate that to operator

check your media guides and check the user setting of the printer at the printer and compare at computer printer properties

I'm not going by the readout - but by the fact that bits of paper get stuck under one or two of the final feed rocker/rollers,,,, and are a bu@@er to get out.
Kinolta Customer Service - AND MANAGEMENT - are aware of just how badly designed this paper feed system is, but will do nothing about it.
I have had to virtually strip this piece of carp down, just to give me a little more access,,,, even then, its more than a struggle.

the reset is done via a 'first use fuse' in the drum unit.
check the contacts or put in a new one.

Open the Front Cover and remove the OPC drum cartridge by pulling up from the green lever. I'm sure you'll find all these instructions on the box the new drum is comming.

Send me you email at dhudson at Gmail dot com, and I will reply with the manual attached. It is a very involved process, that, having done it, would not ever want to do again.

open side door and there is a transfer roller / one big black roller on the cover/ try reinstall it, maybe its not installed correctly
