Adding songz.. Basically..I'll connect the mp3 player to my computer and all the songs through wmp10. It'll say that the song has been successfully transfered to the player, but when i unplug it to go listen to it, its not there. Can someone PLEASE help me?

Did you use Windows Media Player to format?

WMP never does a thorough format.

If so, try formatting thru My Computer. Right Click on the Device (e260) and select FORMAT.

Then try transferring your music again.

I had a similar problem, I could upload songs, but they wouldn't play and I couldn't delete them. turned out it was cause I didn't have WMP10 installed on my PC, had an older version. the user manual states it only works with WMP10, and after I installed it (just search for windows media player 10 on the microsoft website) I was able to use the synch function in WMP10 and all the songs are playable (I'm listening to an album as I type :D)
