Does the unit itself say MDLP on it? If it doesn't, theres a good
chance it doesn't support the LP modes and will only playback/recor unit only plays in
SP or MONO.
Nothing beats actually trying it. At least you would have some form of volume control but you might not be able to match it to the wired speakers.
Or use any Line Level output, like Tape. Just don't select the corresponding Tape Monitor as it assumes a sound source coming IN from a Tape Deck. You won't have any volume control this way.
