Question about Smeg FAB32 Bottom Freezer Refrigerator
We have the same fridge, yesterday our electricity felt out several times. After soms hours I noticed a temperaturedrop in the freezer so I guess this one gave up.
I did the check mentioned above. There are 2 compressors. If you look straight at the back of the fridge the left one seems to be cold, the right one is slightly hot so I presume this is the one from the fridge?
If so it seems we have a modulefault. Does anyone know how to fix it and how much it would cost?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Remove back panel of freezer. check if there is excessive ice build-up preventing air flow. if there is, then defrost carefully with a hairdryer (with appliance switched off) if no ice or frosting on pipework, check if compressor is running. if it is or hot to the touch or clicking, then you have a compressor fault and replacement is not diy. if compressor not running, then probably module fault
