restart your system then press F8 upon booting then select "Safe Mode". then log in as an ADMINISTRATOR. when you are on the windows with Safe Mode, go to Control Panel, then select User Account, Then select your account which you forgot your password, then delete the password. then restart your system in normal mode. you can now create new password for your account. guud luck!!

It is not a big deal. You can try the safe boot option
restart the Laptop in safe mode by pressing the F8 key while rebooting
Select safe mode on Advance boot option
Log in as administrator
Go to control panel and Delete the previous User and create another user with same name
Restart the computer in normal mode
