Is there a save settings button in the software, or perhaps a save settings function in the menu or preferences? Look for something similar to "Save settings."
i dont think you can download a video on your mp3 because mp3 are only for music, the application of video is different to mp3 or wav. If your using MP4 that would be really necessary can download a video format.
1. The USB port on the computer may be a bit loose, which is why you are getting the message "connect/disconnect", which is the reason why you are able to find the device in the os.
2. If you are using the Yepp with mac, you are going to have to upgrade its firmware using a windows pc. yepp has compatability issues with mac.
Try flashing the firmware. Go to Samsung.com support > download center > type
in the model number (yp-mt6) click on firmware, and download the
version that corresponds with your device. install the firmware updater
on your computer, plug in your device. and flash the firmware. (this
will erase ALL songs and settings so you will want to back those up
first). After that its like brand new. Keep the updater handy, it might happen again.
it may have a reset button, sometimes a tiny little hole that you use a paper clip to push it with. but first check the manual or online for such a button.
Seems like you need to upgrade the firmware for this device. Please go to this link....

....select your device model; download the firmware
You would get the operating instructions on the downloaded file. Its easy.
