Unable to open Pendrive

Your pen drive is infected by a virus/worm. I have two solutions for this -   > If you have WinRAR software, just open up the pen drive using this and delete "autorun.inf" from it.  OR  > Use any good antivirus software and scan your pen drive, and disinfect the pen drive from any virus/worms. Remove your pen drive, and insert it again. It'll work fine.

To prevent the data in ur Pen Drive >1).Open Search option 2).click on all files and folders option 3) specify the device drive of ur Pen Drive you will get the list of all files 4).open any folder 5) press folder up symbol and go top of all files in drive you. back symbol also works(Previous) then copy ur Data to another source and delete all the information in ur Pdrive. and delete autorun.inf file and try.
