Battery full charged, Charger o.k.,Battery also in.

Not sure what your question is can you please elaborate?

Does it not power?

If so is your battery in? is it charged? do you see a light on your charger for the wall outlet? is the laptop getting any power to it?

Accer extensa 4420 hdd password need

if the drive its self is locked with a password there is a pay per use program called hd unlocker and it can be found at http://www.hddunlock.com/ if it is locked by the bios you may just open up the laptop and remove the bios battery or just go download the universal boot cd-rom at http://www.ultimatebootcd.com/ if you need more help write me a reply back

is this a laptop? do you have an external monitor plugged in? do you have an external monitor to use? if it is a laptop then plug in an external monitor if it is not already plugged in, or if you already have one plugged in then unplug it.
