IBM server x346 has problem

My ibm server X346 series was running suddenly power get flutuate and again i switch on the server it's not getting start it has SCSI hard drives.

Please provide me the best solutions as soon as possible.

The x346 server should have 2 SMPS in the server , Try connecting one power and test and then try the other , incase the smps has some problem such issues ivolve.

Ooh, ooh, I know this one. Is it an x346?

Did you also get "error 2807-01 Controller Onboard detected an internal error error 2200
CPPRHTS1&1 FAIL DATA: 035-253-001-20100309-58-RAID"?

Get a 71P8644. I've had two servers fail identically as above. Solid fixes.

It sound like the CPU fan or server case fan/s or power supply fan bearings are worn.
To determine which fan/s is faulty open the computer case and stop each fan from spinning, one at a time to determine the noisy fan. Once you have identified the noisy fan then replace that fan.
