b) if your laptop NEO is not compatible in win7 os check ur leptop conf and Window 7 requirement and check or compere it.

If your Windows 7 is running fine then its okay. You have to determine that the product key is required by which software for example in your case it can be the "Microsoft Office" because "Excel" is a part of Microsoft office that you may have installed by yourself which is not genuine and its asking for the key.
