I am having problems uploading my pictures from my 4 gb digital camera memory card. What do I need to do?
On the opening frame when you turn it on Scroll through the icons to "setup" . Press enter.. A screen will come up sayinf "set up menu-photo setting"..Scroll down the left column to the center multi color icon and press enter. Press the right arrow on the handheld. In the grey box that comes up you will see various controls.. The third on the list is "brightness" . Press enter and then right arrow .. Scroll to setting you desire. (Normal, bright or soft are offered).. Good luck..
I also posted a question that you may know the answer to. How do I load photos on to the unit from my computer. I see there is a USB port on the Sunpak and I have a USB port on my computer .. but no cord with 2 USB port ends?

I have exactly the same problem.
The item does NOT appear to have a brightness control. See the back of the box, which shows you what the different buttons do. The problem appears to be that the backlight doesn't work.
TAKE IT BACK TO WOLF immediately!
I got one (Stock no. 81-166-0331) in early December as part of a camera purchase package, and gave it as a Christmas present.
I returned it to Wolf, and was initially told that they didn't have any more at the store, but would be getting a warehouse shipment later that week. When I pressed for a more definite answer, they called the warehouse which told them that this is a discontinued product, there are no more in the warehouse, and that there are no more in the other stores. The salespeople would not come up with an alternate solution on the spot, and said that they would have to bring the matter to the attention of the store manager next week.
when i hit the on button ,,it will flash POLOROID then turn black,,you can see it in the background real real dark,,,this thing isnt a year old but no warrenty ,,go figure...any ideas whats wrong with that junk thing, probably cheaper to get another one other than poloroid than it would be to fix it
When turned on, the Quantaray by Sunpak 7" digital photo frame displays a startup screen that only shows a logo - no icons that I can see. The back of the box does not show that there is a button called "enter." This unit uses an SD card, not a USB device.
As for your question, I would suspect that you should load your pictures from your computer onto a thumb drive, and then insert the thumb drive into the USB port on your digital frame.
