The machine doesn't work

I bought this machine on March 2005. Everything is OK until last Sat. I switched on the machine and set it on delay washing function. This is my normal washing habit. However, five minutes later all panel's lights suddenly disappeared so I switched off the machine then waited until next day. I switched on the machined again but the panel's light still disappeared only the finishing light on. The machine can't start. How can I fix this problem?

Is your load within capacity. See that it is. Press and hold 'spin' & 'dry' for 5 or 6 seconds to unlock controls. Try the machine on a normal cycle once, see if it works.

    Chk for loose connection in your washer main plug & wall socket too.

It depends on what date the machine was manufactured. The date should be on the plate which is probably in an awkward position on the back ;-0(

You will have to find the date code- on the rear panel perhaps- then here are your options-

Date code 39 March 2005
Press start/cancel until ALL LEDS are lit
Press both start/cancel AND on/off together until 'dOFF' is displayed

Date code 39 March 2005 to date code 42 June 2005
Press the cancel button and the machine should return to normal

Date code 43 July 2005 onwards
Press both star/cancel AND on/off TOGETHER with top left option button until 'dOFF' is displayed.

Check the date code on the plate.
