Question about Whirlpool GS6NBEXRQ Side by Side Refrigerator
Water is probably caused by ice blocking the drain for the auto defrost. take off the back panel and you may see ice accumulating at the bottom of the evaporator. switch off, clear the excess ice with a hair-dryer used carefully and make sure water runs down the drain freely. ice in the drain may take some clearing - boiling water and patience are needed
