The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.

Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program such as Picasa.

I have a coolpx p90. How do I transfer videos from it to my computer?

You have to have a usb cable for the phone. If got that and plug it in camera and computer it should show up as another drive after you cut the camera on. So click on the camera and find the pixs and copy to your picture or other folder. You should have had a program disk with the camera that your computer would use to make everything even easier. Try it - you might like it.

I install a vivitar vivicamera dis but the dis wont work

When you connect the camera to the computer USB port, you have to turn on the digital camera. Then the camera will start the program you loaded into the computer to get pictures from camera..

I cant upload my pictures

Most likely a computer problem, requiring a computer person to investigate. Good idea to bring camera to someone else's computer to try a USB plug-in to read pictures/video. That would identify if problem is Camera or computer. I have no problems with mine on several computers tried. Camers appears like a memory key in 'My_Computer' called 'E:' .
all luck, G-M

Error on my memory card

To be honest I think your memory card has had its day and I could only suggest that you buy a genuine memory card from a trusted seller ie a local camera store or a large supermarket.
I know that the above seams harsh but I too have struggled with cheap sd cards when an a more expensive one will give far more service.
