Hi ya!i am a cellphone technician and i encountered that kind of problem that you have to my past customers,the only solution to that problem is for you to go to repair center and make that reprogram and that will work again 100%

Hi i have had that problem and found i had a virous in my phone which you get from surfing wap if your not carefull which you either need to surf wap and get a spywere remover or buy a new phone as there definatly is a virous yours sincerly mrs raverbaby
