If I goes to faceboo alway reject, and only two (2) second on, the move to google

You might have some viruses and malware.

Start your PC and press F8 several times until the boot menu comes up. Then select "Safe Mode with Networking". Now get some or ALL of the FREE programs below.

Download, Install and Run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

When Installing choose the non-pro version.

Download, Unzip, Install and Run TDSSKiller:

First make sure that you Son has forgotten the e-mail for real. Because if he doesn't want you to access he might have changed the password.
If you are sure about that, use this link.
You have to enter your:

Current e-mail address
The old e-mail address which you have forgotten the password
Fill the form and send it

They will contact you ASAP and you will have to prove (provide witnesses) that you are the owner of the account. Such as your friends list, Privacy settings, Messages received recently etc...

Accidentaly made a phone number in reject list, how to change it

Go to Menu>Settings>(5) Application Settings>(1) Call>(1) All Calls>(2) Auto Reject
You can turn Auto Reject on/off and add/remove people from the list
