Have you replaced the ink cartridges? They go dry after about 100 pages or if you have not used it in a while they will dry up the print heads an not work. If you have not replaced the ink cartridges then you should try that first.
it is not picking up the paper properly more then likely bad roller or just dirty clean with lint free cloth & alcohol including the seperator under the roller
Not printing PDF files is not a problem with the printer if it prints everything else ok. The problem will be in the Adobe acrobat that you have installed, we have seen this type of problem before. This is caused by a corrupted file in the Adobe package. You need to go to Control panel and remove the Acrobat reader and install the latest copy, it is available for free from www.adobe.com You will need to be sure to uninstall the old version before you install the new one.
In run window type services.msc and the go to print spooler option just stop and restart the service.on and off the printer it will clear all pending jobs. Hope this helps. Please rate my response. Thanks. Have a good day.
Go into your "printer properties" and select "page layout" there you'll see all the size options. Thanks, Dana P.S. You may also try using the sizecode that is prited on the card wrapping for example; Avery 3757, Avery 1270 etc. etc. Thanks Dana
Your printer doesn't have a 300 DPI setting, however, you can select "EconoMode" from the "Preferences" menu after you select "Print". Look for a tab that says "Quality". EconoMode will be lighter than normal 600 DPI printing, thereby saving toner.
the basic causes for this problem is either the foil is bad or weak. secondly the element in the fuser unit doesnt heat properly so try replacing it with a working one n see what happends.
