By accident I cracked screen & kno it won't turn on ..wht can I do
You will have the replace the entire plasma screen. This will NOT be cost effective, will be cheaper to buy a new set vs. buying a replacement panel. Toss the set on Ebay or your local craigslist as a parts unit. If you get $60-80 for it, take the money and run !!!

Get the tech supplier to tell to the manufacture and the store what he told you.
Physical damage on any electronic device is very hard to have serviced under warranty. I have never seen a plasma display crack on its own. But, anything can happen.
I once saw a man drop a newly bought plasma TV in a parking lot outside from where he bought it and the screen broke. He never even made it home from the store!
Maybe you should contact a lawyer or someone who can give you legal advice about how to proceed with this. In different countries and different states the consumer protection laws are different.

Those bastards manufactures are always making sure you won't be able to use parts from one model to the other. Especially-display! LCD panels could be rigged, but no plazma's. Sorry!
Sell it for parts to some repair shop and get yourself LCD or LED panel. Plazma is gone!

Yes,call Samsung tv Corporation itself make some kind of deal with them return the tv with the damages LCD screen panel and get some percentages off 20-30% of ur next tv buy directly from them.Because the Tv LCD screen panel it is very important to the tv and 90% of the cost of the tv itself and it is very limited in productions as parts wise.The screen panel iself require change will not able to buy it anywhere in the open market.Tv is new and barely used that the only rout u can take.If the tv old like 3 or 4 years old can take that rout too or can only take the aparts and sold as spare electronic boards for as spare parts for other tvs.Like on websites like Ebay.com,Craig list to earn so money back that all u can do.
