When I turn it on, there was an error "Unable to initialize your hard disk, please recharge the battery" and then I can't do anything, even if when I recharge, nothing happen. So what I have to do now?(My PC doesn't see the disk when I plug it in USB) What can i doo !!
Ignore the error.
Find a pin or a paper clip. Insert the tip to the reset hole (locate next to USB). It will try to reset the system and test the system.
If you see the test / diagnose message, push the reset button again until you see the Bantam logo and the charging indicator.
Another tool you might want to look into is the HDDTool. It's for Philips HDD Audio Jukebox. I've used it to refresh the database successfully. You can find it at http://solonweb.free.fr/
It's a real nice little MP3 player.
Good luck with it.
