Hi try holding down power button for approx 30 second's if this doesn't work hold Down power button & volume button at the same time & hope it reboots .cheers
PLease do a hard reset on the phone and here is how you do it .
1. Turn the phone off. If it's frozen or unresponsive, pull then replace the battery. 2. Press and hold the Volume Up and Volume Down buttons and power the phone back on. 3. Continue to hold Volume Up and Volume Down until a factory reset screen appears.
Is the power pack connected? make sure battery is charged (around 5 hrs) if nothing this means your camera has passed away, sad that as lots of that model failed like yours.
Disconnect all devices except keyboard and mouse and master cd or DVD. unplug then hit power button. Plug back in. Hit power and hopefully you get to BIOS. If you do make sure you save the BIOS before you leave to start OS. Keep me informed and I'll keep checking your listing to see if its working or not.
Unplug from power and phone line and leave off for around 30 minutes then replug it all and do the initial setup. The memory should be clear with having the power off for so long but obviously if it has a backup battery disconnect that too while everything is disconnected.
Good Luck
Since you didn't have any problem before the update, you could flash the BIOS (revert to it's original state) by shutting down, disconnecting all power (battery for laptops), then removing the CMOS battery for 5 or 10 minutes. Replace the battery, reconnect, then boot and your BIOS should flash and return to it's initial revision and default settings.
Reset the unit by clearing the memory. Hold the RIGHT ARROW key and press the POWER BUTTON, while holdingthe RIGHT ARROW key until the DELETE MEMORY screen appears. Select YES and press ENTER. Then procede to initialize the GPS. Leave it outdoors for an hour or so to acquire satelite feed.
