Faulty starter or starter solenoid.

try and jump start it with your car the battery might just be died

If the starter is clicking, or the engine is turning over slowly, try replacing the battery or try getting a jump to see if you can get the engine to start.

If the engine is turning over, but won't start, it sounds like you may have a bad timing belt or your timing tensioner or idler has gone out.

it doesnt turn on. it starts and then auto restart about 3 times and then shuts down.

It is the SNES it has the same issues that the NES had simply turn off the machine remove and put back the cartridge and turn on. some times you will have to press the restart button a half a dozen times.

check the caps on power supply

If you had this Zune for a long time this will happen at times because the batteries are rechargeable instead of batteries but if it doesn't turn on you could reset it by pressing the middle button and pressing the up button at the same time.
