The rest of the oven works perfectly, except the broiler. just stopped working, no flames, no nothing. The digital buttons work but nothing happens. Any suggestions? Thanks Natasha
I agrre with the posibility of a defective ignitor. But, if the ignitor is "clicking" and shuts off there is a flame sensor that usually is the problem. As a Licensed Journeyman, and Retired Contractor in the HVAC&R industries I CANNOT RECOMMEND YOU TRY TO FIX ANY GAS FIRED APPLIANCE OR FURNACE YOURSELF. If your flame sensor is defective it will not let your gas valve open for your broiler section. Find a reputable LICENSED Appliance Repair Service Company in your area (check withe the BBB and see how long they have been "doing Buisness").And have theM do a "FLAT FEE" diagnostic check on it. Dont be affraid to ask him questions and always require they leave any old parts relaced. Make sure that the old part NEVER LEAVES YOUR SIGHT and stay's in your home if he says he has to go out to the truck for the replacement part. Unfortunately consumers are "bilked" for millions every year BY: Small Appliance Repairmen. Get a "Written Estamate of Repair" (REQUIRED BY LAW IN MOST STATES NOW).... THE DIGNOSTIC FEE SHOULD BE INCLUDED IN HIS QUOTE. BEFORE ANY WORK IS STARTED. ALWAYS CONSIDER THE AGE AND OVERALLL CONDITION OF YOUR APPLIANCE BEFORE COMMITING TO FIXING IT. GOOD LUCK ... JOE_REX

Natasha, your broil ignitor probably failed. The oven has two ignitors, one for bake, one for broil. It mounts with 2 quarter inch screws. Part number WB13K0003. Not a hard job to replace. Catriver..post back.
