The STK392-110 is a convergence correction circuit IC for video projectors. It incorporates three output amplifiers in a single package, making possible the construction of CRT horizontal and vertical convergence correction output circuits for each of the RGB colors using ust two hybrid ICs. The output circuit use a class-B configuration, in comparison with the STK392-010, realizing a more compact package and lower cost. www.partstore.com

The three blinks is indicating that the convergence circuit has failed and shut the set down. You can get the convergence repair kit for your model from www.tvrepairworld.com which has the Parts and the CD with instructions for the repair
projection TV`s have integrated protection circuits built into the circuit design, these circuits turn the power off automatically when a fault has bin detected this is in order to prevent a more costly repair, these circuits monitor power supply , vertical and horizontal deflection over voltage, or x ray, and also faults with convergence circuits. Diagnosing these faults require test equipment and a good knowledge of electronic repair techniques, and also a repair manual.
The three blinks indicates a convergence IC fault. The convergence ICs must be replaced with the manufacturer replacement part. Use only the original replacement part. Your set uses STK392-110 convergence ICs. These ICs are mounted on a large heat sink. Yes, you can replace it yourself and save few hundred bucks. But you must be knowledgeable enough on how to solder, resolder and use a multimeter. You will need:
Heat sink grease or thermal compound
Small side cutter
Feel free to inform me if you decide to replace the ICs yourself
LED 3 times blinks shows problem with convergence out section in TV and may requires convergence out ICs replacement.
If you are familiar with TV repair and can solder parts on PCB then let me know to provide you more technical info. Thanks.
I had similar issue with power light blinking 3 times and no audio/video.
The problem was a burnt resistor and gone convergence ICs. I replaced both ICs (safer bet unless you know exactly which IC covers what guns in your specific TV) and the burnt resistor by myself and the TV looks good as new.

if you can remove the rear panel assy. look for the convergence ic's they start with stk--- and you got the part number you need a source panasonic is 814 source and the number on the ic's stk 390 ----/
