Electrical issue is causing your hassles. Look for a bad ground in circuit common to those items.

No nothing is simple on this car.

we had some wire shortage on ours and took to volvo and they fixed. took them a week to find though.

wiper fuse but it will stop your front wipers. best way is to pull panel and unplug that motor.

Say thank you and take it to another shop with the work order of course. Shop rates on car lots are mental.

most likely rear ac/heater motor is bad

use larger extention cord with thicker wiring,as short as possiable!

this is a major problem on 850 and s-70 models with ECC climate control these cars have MAJOR problems with this system and you MUST have major knowledge of system to diagnose and fix

Simply hold down the button you want to use (there are 3 for up to 3 different garage doors) until the light flashes and keep holding it down. Now place the garage door opener up near the sun visor and hold it's button down until the light on the on button you are programming flashes. It is now programed. The other 2 are done the same way. Good luck. It took me a while to find the info, it's not in any Volvo manuals I could find.
