When I click on the start button, it takes a few seconds and then appears the sign "H20" in the screen. Of course the machine is full of water so I don't know what is going on. I brought it from Italy so I thought it could be the difference of voltage but even with the transformer I have the same output. In Italy was working perfectly. Any help is appreciated! Thank you!

Here is the link to the instruction manual if you need it; http://www.delonghi.co.uk/pdf_files/EMK6.pdf There is no information regarding this error message available online, but I think you are right and it relates to water - probably the sensor of the water level is stuck/blocked/scaled up. you can try descaling using white vinegar 50/50 solution with water, leave it overnight. Give the whole unit a good shake, in case the level sensor is a mechanical float device and it is stuck. See if any change. You can call Delonghi/Comet from this link; http://www.delonghi.co.uk/service_info.php hopefully they will tell you for certain what the error message means - if they do and it is different from what is discussed above, then please ask again if you want to try and solve the problem yourself. Hope this helps :)
